Razer.com online order stuck in customs?

Good evening,

I purchased an item on Razer.com, as I have many times in the past with no problems.  But this last one is stuck in customs.  I really need to get the item before I go on a trip.  When tracking it, on the Fedex website, it says the shipper needs to clear something up.  It’s been stuck in customs for a week with no change.  How do I find out what’s going on?
