I ordered the Razer VESA Mount Adapter for the Razer Raptor 27 Monitor from the Razer.com online store yesterday. I did not receive a confirmation e-mail, which I thought was strange, but did save my Order Confirmation from the webpage (which I saved as a PDF). Unfortunately, I thought I was logged into my Razer account when I placed my order, but I was mistaken and I did checkout as a guest (I provided my e-mail that I use for my Razer account at checkout, and my order confirmation I saved shows my e-mail as being listed on the order).
I tried to look up my order today and the website says my order was not found. The order number is RZUSWP1000001647990. I checked my credit card statement and the payment was processed, so I just want to make sure I have confirmation the order was received so I can track it. Any help would be appreciated - thank you!
