I have two things I need help on and when I went to reach out to Support, I had to enter my serial number. My number was verified and my warranty is active but when I click the “Submit” button, nothing happens.
I’ve tried on different browsers, devices, different serial numbers with active warranties, and cleared out my website data and ensured extensions were disabled. A URL preview doesn’t show up when I hover over the Submit button so it seems like the button isn’t connected to an action or URL. Right clicking on the button doesn’t bring up any URL options like “Open in new tab”
Insider seems to be my only way of reporting this problem; Can someone help me fix this or get a hold of customer support?
