Cannot run companion app and synapse 3 at same time. All chroma enabled devices go black. And the companion app also close right after startup. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Are you using a personal computer and connected to a home network? Make sure that your anti-virus or firewall is not blocking any Razer-related files or apps. Also, ensure you have all the available Windows updates and install the latest .NET Framework. Let me know if the problem persists.
