Razer Controller App Xbox Not Letting Me Choose Layout/Or Edit Since There Update Yesterday...

They updated the razer controller app for Xbox yesterday morning and since then I can't choose any layout I've created or I can't make a new layout, I've tried everything on razer's support, suggestions on Reddit and Microsoft supports, nothing seems to be making any one my razer controllers choose a layout or edit or make a new one

For those who still do not have a case with our Technical Team with regard to the issue, please send me a PM with the serial number of your controller so I can verify it in our system and use it for your case.

I am having the same issue as the OP said they were. 


Just looked at the link you sent. Same issue exactly 


I have this exact issue too. I have a support ticket open with them, and their team is apparently looking into it. I thought i was losing my mind, but it turns out the new update messed up alot of stuff. 

 

in the meantime, i did find that if you have synapse on your pc you access those things on there. that’s how i got it back to my preferred profile so i could play for now.

Depends on the controller.  Synapse picks up the V3 Pro, but I haven’t seen it pick up the Ultimate.
Which one do you have, the Ultimate or V3 Pro?


I have the v3 pro!
