Razer Controller Not Working??

I have a Razer Raiju Tournament Edition, it's no longer covered by the Razer limited warranty. And for some dumba** reason I can NO LONGER remap the multi-function keys? I hold the configure button down until it starts blinking, I hold down a multi-function trigger, or bumper, that I want to change, I then press a face key to assign the button, and literally nothing happens? And the controller is updated with the latest firmware, v1.06.00? I've barely used the controller. It has zero damage. Why isn't this working???

    Ensure that you are connected to the Razer Raiju mobile app when tweaking the controller's settings, such as button mapping, vibration, and adjusting the analog sensitivity clutch levels. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I'll be locking this thread now.
