Am i gonna get some help or a fix? because absolutely NOTHING…...works at all. i get connected to an agent and told ot do all these useless steps. and then im told to restart my pc after said steps and check my email for a reconnection link. Only then to find out that THE CHAT SUPPORT SYSTEM DOESN’T EVEN CONNECT TO TO ANYBODY, let alone my original chat support agent. Are you guys ever gonan fix this stupid app for those of us that paid $100 for what is now a basic xbox controller because can’t even use the damn app that allows us to tkae advantage of the features that WE PAID $100 DOLLARS FOR!? (remapping buttons/paddles. tournament mode for 1000hz controller, deadzone calibration). Ya’ll just gonna keep leaving us in the dark with no fix? While you continue you to sell us $100 controller with no features? Might as well spend the extra $100 and get a SCUF controller lmao. This is a ridiculous joke, seriously pathetic Razer.
