I have a Razer Wolverine v3 TE which works fine as a controller however still has a 1.0 Firmware on it. I tried to change the button mappings on the Xbox version of the setup app however, the firmware on the controller must be updated to use the app. It tells me to go to the firmware updater (which I downloaded on my PC) to update. this did not work and flashed up an unknown error window on the pc. I then tried to update the controller using the PC version of the setup app however the app will not recognise the controller at all (whether it is in Xbox or PC mode).
Any Help with this issue would be greatly appreciated...
