Since the last app update, it stopped working. When you edit your profile, the editing screen doesn't load; it just goes black without loading anything. I've already tried reinstalling it, but it didn't work. I also installed the app on a new computer, and I had the same result. PLEASE DONT CLOSE THE TOPIC UNTIL HAS BE RESOLVED
I have found a confirmed work around to this problem. It will allow you to manually remap the buttons to the two default profiles using the Quick Control Panel. See my post below explaining the Steps.

What you suggested isn't a solution; in fact, it doesn't allow for adjustments to the sensitivity of the Agile and Focus options. The app needs to be fixed.

Of course the app needs to be fixed…
My reply was not a “solution” to the broken app; its a “workaround” that will allow you to REMAP your paddles in the mean time, until they get around to fixing the app. It not really a workaround, its just a basic feature that is included in the instruction manual for the controller, that nobody reads.
