Razer Controller setup for Xbox saying that it connect to the internet

Just go the Wolverine V2 Chroma and already had the app installed because I used to use the Wolverine Ultimate, but when I launched it with the new controller, I was just getting a blank screen. Uninstalled the app, and tried it again, now I’m just getting a message saying that it can’t connect to the internet, but the controller is working. Tried to update the drivers, rest the computer, checked the firewall settings, and uninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing is working. Dose anyone have idea on what is going on? Already thing about returning it if I can’t customize the setting.
