Razer Controller Software Feedback

Hiya, I wanted to leave a bit of feedback. I just got the Wolverine V3 and it’s been a great time. However the software has some off quirks with remapping the back buttons. If you map the dpad to the back buttons, you can’t activate left and right on the dpad at the same time; same with up and down.

Been playing Destiny and decided to map the paddles to the dpad, then use the in game controller mapping to take all the face button actions to the dpad, to give myself some extra buttons for other actions. But then that little quirk shows up and I can’t interact and jump for example. Is this odd limitation there for some legitimate reason? If I recall correctly the software is meant to be tournament legal, so I imagine allowing up/down and left/right to go off at the same time might mess with that. But otherwise it would be nice if the software was more robust to allow things like that <3

Hi there,

I’m unsure if you’ve got this problem. But after mapping the M1..M6 buttons, after sometime some of them are re-mapping themselves to anything. Sometimes it’s the A button, sometimes it’s a directional pad arrow, etc.

When using the headset, the volume goes up and down automatically with no other reason.

I was wondering if anyone has got the same problem. Disconnecting/Connecting the controller won’t help as this misconfiguration persists. The only way to fix it is to re-entering to the Razer app on Xbox; note that the original mapping is still shown, but not working, so I’ve got to re-map to the original configured button and it works… then after sometime of play it fails again. So frustrating!
