my controller disconnected in the middle of a game, and it won't turn back on at all, it spent the whole night charging. I was playing in wired mode. I left it charged again this day but nothing changes... do you have any idea? thanks!

Hello there,
Does the charging LED still light up when you plug it in? We might be dealing with a hardware fault right here. Please send me a PM along with your controller’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
