Razer cooling pad adaptive cooling not working after Synapse Update

Synapse was auto updated to version 4.0. [removed by moderator] today and the Laptop Cooling Pad stuck at initialising CPU and GPU temp reading.

Currently use the fixed rpm mode since the Smart Fan Curve mode pretty much not working

Tried restart Synapse and even reinstall it make no difference.

Any other suggestion?

    Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, please send me a PM with the serial number of your Razer Cooling Pad so I can check for any relevant firmware fixes or other solutions.

    It would also be really helpful if you could send me a short video showing the issue in action. You can upload the clip to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link with me. This will give me a better idea of what’s happening and help me figure out the best next steps for you.
