Hi, I have some problems with my Razer Core (1st generation). Connected to a Blade Stealth (Early 2019) it runs fine, but does not show up in the Synapse 3 Beta, however. Therefore, such things as Razer Chroma cannot be configured anymore. It was originally set up with a 2017 Blade Stealth running Synapse 2. Trying to install Synapse 2 on my 2019 Blade Stealth doesn't work, either. Thank you in advance for your response.

Make sure that the Thunderbolt drivers are up-to-date. You'll also want to test using another cable. In any case, please shoot me a PM so I can help you troubleshoot the core and Synapse 2.

Razer Core 1st gen will be only recognized by Synapse 2 like your old Blade stealth 2017, Blade stealth 2019 is supported by Synapse 3 but if you’ve older device like your core it should be recognized also by Synapse 2 and you can modify the Lightning:smile_:. Try closing the apps and reopen if it does not recognize it or restart the system or maybe reinstall the Synapse, sometimes maybe there’s bug to detect the connected devices, I believe I experienced once or two in the past.
