Razer core X and eGPU aren't detected by my laptop | Razer Insider

Hello, I would like to connect eGPU to my laptop.

I fitted the GPU to Razer core X (not chroma) and connected them to my laptop via thunderbolt connecor, but my laptop can’t detect the GPU and core X.

In device manager, only default GPUs (Xe and 3050Ti are in my laptop) are detected. (sorry for not English)

In Thunderbolt control center, no thunderbolt devices are detected.

At first, I suspect the thunderbolt connector. However, the fan equipped with core X turns only when the connector is connected, so I think the connector has no problem.

Do you have any idea?
