Razer core X Chroma EGPU - Faulty On/Off Switch

Hi Community, wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue as me with there Core X Chroma Egpu? I'm experiencing a sparking / Popping sound which sometimes is accompanied by a small flash when turning the device on using the on/off switch on the device. I've opened a support case and as I've purchased the Egpu through ebay & even though the X Core Chroma is under a year old, I've been told by customer support they wont help as the ebay seller is an unofficial retailer. Has anyone replaced the switch? Does anyone know what and where I could get a replacement part? Appreciate the help and thanks for reading.
