Razer Core X Chroma Power Requirements | Razer Insider

I've been looking to upgrade my laptop's graphics capabilities. I have no need of upgrading any of the other hardware as even today 3 years after buying it its very overkill. So, it seems like I'll need an eGPU to accomplish this task. In doing my research, I find the power requirements of the Razer Core X Chroma very confusing. On the one hand, it states its compatibility:

Compatible NVIDIA®️ graphics chipsets:

Here you can see about 2/3rd of the way down it states:

GPU Max Power Support

500 Watts[/indent]

Then, armed with that information, if you go over to nvidia's website and look at the power requirements for the RTX 30 series cards, it states that ALL 30 series cards are above the "GPU Max Power Support" threshold that's been set where the minimum "Required System Power" is 550W ranging all the way up to 750W.

So, what is real here? What is actually compatible and tested true? What card can I find, ignoring the current market, that can and will take FULL advantage of the Razer Core X Chroma by getting the best card possible for it?
