Razer Core X Chroma - USB not working

I have a Razer Core X Chroma and it works very well for graphics. But I'm having a persistent and nagging issue with the onboard Ethernet and USB.



1) When I can Ethernet to work the connection resets and I have to continually "Troubleshoot" which results in a reset default gateway or reset the NIC status. Sometimes it just flat won't work.

2) USB ports on back of the Core don't work for anything but keyboard... and again intermittent though Keyboard is FAR more consistent than USB (Mice or storage)



If I had to guess I think the USB bridge isn't being recognized? But the intermittent nature is weird.



And I want to stress Graphics has been rock solid.

The whole point of getting the Chroma model was for the ethernet and USB ports since the laptop has 2 USB-C ports only.



Anybody had any success? I've attempted a contact to Razer but haven't gotten through the wait.



I'm pretty close to returning the Core and getting another as it just doesn't seem worth the hassle. I've had the Core for about 1 month hoping that a driver or other stabilty type update might occur.
