Razer core X connectivity problem

Hi! Recently I bought a Razer Core X for my Razer Blade Stealth 12.5 7500U and I'm really bored to see that the connectivity is not the "EASIEST" things that you could make. First of all my PC, compatible with all Blade Stealth okay but can I please know why my PC doesn't support it? I make all of updates, BIOS, drivers, Thunderbolt, updates of the GC and my PC always freeze, crash with blue or black screen, and I didn't saw any video who resolved my problems. I think that is my PC and not the CORE but please can you fix this for me? Ho just sometimes my CORE worked perfectly during few hours without any problem but this is not always, mostly of the time I have the same problems. Secondly the CORE is very capricious, sometimes connected, sometimes doesn't read by my PC, I have to disconnect and reconnect it to resolve the problem If you are in the same position than me I know the pain that you enconter Thank you if you respond me Regards
