Razer Core x debuffing my Razer Blade 15 [elden ring] | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
I have been using my Razer blade 15 for two years, it has a i7 10750H, 1660ti, 32GB Ram, and 1000 SSD ( i added extra ram bar and ssd myself).I also just purchased a Razer Core X mercury and install an Asus Dual 3060 Ti GPU , and hooked this Core x up with my RB15. I bought this eGPU to solve the heating issues (which limited my 1660ti GPU performance when i play elden ring)

The benchmark test was successful with the 3060ti. However, whenever I start to play Elden Ring, my RB15 audio starts to glitch and stutter, and my mouse and mechanical keyword would just disconnect from the usb hub plugged into the usb port in RB15.

the RB15 fans are turned to auto, and i have checked all the connecting issues with the cables, but i sitll cannot figure out what is causing the problem.

Ensure that your laptop received the latest updates from Windows and Synapse 3.0. Also, please install the Intel Driver & Support Assistant and check all the available drivers for your system. Should the issue persists, please send me the following:

a. MSinfo logs.

b. Screenshot of Windows version.

c. Photo of the BIOS main tab.

d. Send a screenshot of the Nvidia and Intel Driver Version. Press Windows+R on your keyboard. Type in DXDIAG into the run command text box and hit OK. Then click on YES. Click on the Display 1 and 2 tabs and look for the graphics driver version on the right side.

e. A short video showing the issue.
