Razer core X is not detected

Hi everyone,
As some other users here, I have difficulties connecting my Razer Core X to my laptop, at least it seems that it’s not properly detected. When I plug in the cable, the fans of both the Core and the graphic cards rotate. The device appears as a base system device in “Devices and printers”, but nothing appears in the control panel, nothing more than the two graphic cards already in my laptop (dGpu and iGpu).
I run on Windows 10, updated Thunderbolt and Nvidia studio drivers. There is a RTX 2060 Super in the Razer Core.
The Razer Core X was previously used with a Mac. I did not have an original Razer cable, so guessed this could be the issue. I tried one unbranded Amazon one, and then a more serious (I hope) Apple Thunderbolt 4 1m long cable. The issue is still there.
Any idea of what I can do ?
Thanks a lot !

I managed to make it work !
It was the thunderbolt port not allowing the connection. I could change this using the thunderbolt Control Centre.

Greeting,I also used core x and an amd 6900xt, both the 6900xt and enclosure fan worked but none of them detected,  I use them in an iMac and boot camp win10, I use the thunderbolt control center but it even not showing any port approved attached, any one any help, appreciated
