Razer Core X no power

I cannot get my razer core x to power on. My PC does not detect it when i plug in the thunderbolt cable. I have tried multiple power cables. I have tried using the Thunderbotl cable to connect my phone and pc, and it works. There is simply no "spark" when i plug in the pwoer cable or press the power button. Is the gtx 1650 not supported? Even if it is not supported the Core X does not get any power and the fans do not spin. My Setup is as follows: hp-elitebook-x360-1030-g2 Razer Core X ASUS GTX 1650

Although the GTX 1650 isn't listed on the supported GPU list, it should still work. Can you please send me a PM with the serial number of your Core X so I can check the warranty status? By the way, is this right out of the box?
