Razer Core X, RTX 2060, and Windows 10 refuse to play nice | Razer Insider

I won't get into the backstory too much but here's the hardware and software list I'm working with:

Razer Core X

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060

LG TV connected over HDMI

Latest update of Windows 10

I installed the 2060 into the Core X. As far as I can tell, it's installed correctly: when I flip the switch, both of the 2060 fans and the Core X fan spin. When I flip the power switch on the Core X, connect the Core X to my laptop, turn on the laptop, and check the Device Manager (in that order), Device manager shows that the Core X is connected but fails to show any new graphics card and any new display. How do I fix this?
