Subject: Razer Core X V2 Compatibility with Surface Laptop 7 (Snapdragon X Elite)
Hello Razer Support,
I would like to know whether the Razer Core X V2 eGPU enclosure is compatible with my laptop.
My laptop specifications are:
- Device: Microsoft Surface Laptop 7
- Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite X1E-80-100
- Operating system: Windows 11 ARM64
- RAM: 16 GB
- Connection: USB4
I would like to use the Razer Core X V2 with a desktop NVIDIA GeForce RTX graphics card to play games such as Fortnite, Forza Horizon, and Riders Republic.
Could you please confirm the following?
- Is the Razer Core X V2 compatible with my exact laptop model and its Snapdragon X Elite processor?
- Can Windows 11 ARM64 detect and use an external NVIDIA graphics card with the available drivers?
- Would these games run correctly with this setup?
- Are there any known compatibility, driver, or stability issues?
- Have you tested this configuration, or can you officially confirm that it works?
I would like to make sure everything is compatible before purchasing the enclosure and a graphics card.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards
