Hi,
Just got my Core X V2, and have run into issues connecting it to my Dell Inspiron 7620.
Specs are : Dell Inspiron 7620, Intel Thunderbolt Controller 1134, Windows 11 24H2
When Core X V2 is connected - the device shows up as an “Input Device” in the USB device list in settings. Not as a USB4 Hub.
I get the same result when connecting via my WD22TB4 expander (which works completely correctly) - the Core X V2 shows as a input device.
In device manager - I can see an errored Extensible USB device,. The GPU in the Core does not show at all.
It is visible in Razer Synapse, but it is showing the internal GPU in use. The external GPU is not visible at all - I have tried both GeForce RTX 5060 and RTX 3050.
I have triple checked power, cable (using the one that came with the Core X V2) etc etc.
Looks a lot like some sort of issue with Win 11 device recognition - now that Win 11 manages the Thunderbolt devices directly.
Have double checked any outstanding Windows and Dell updates - any advice on next steps would be welcome.
