I purchased this through Amazon and was setting it up with:
Thermaltake SFX 850W PSU with ATX bracket
Radeon Gigabyte RX 9070 XT 16GB
When I put everything together. Fan spins slightly once, then nothing happens. Eventually when I turn it off, the fan spins slightly again. Thought it might be the PSU, but I have another known good PSU and I get the same behavior with that.
I removed the GPU and same thing happens with both PSU’s; fan spins slightly then stops. Anything else worth trying before Amazon exchange/refund? Well within exchange window.
