It seems to be a common problem that the razer cornata v3 just stops working after a couple months of zero issues. 

 

I've tried deleted and re-downloading razer synapse multiple times. 

 

I've done the keyboard hard reset a dozen times atleast. 

 

My pc is up to date on all window updates (or updates in general). 

 

The keyboard is lighting up purple but NONE of the keys work. Not on my pc, my brothers or my wife's. 

 

I'll add that it will start to work for a minute or two, but the second i start any game up it goes back to purple and quits on me for hours it seems.

Hi biggerbuut,

Was this working fine before?  Were there any changes made to your system/device prior to the issue?  Were there any incidents that happened to your keyboard prior to the issue?  To isolate the problem, please try disabling the Razer Synapse and check if the issue persists. If so, PM me your device serial number, proof of purchase and short video showing the issue so I can verify its warranty.
