Razer Cortex and Synapse not working

I've been trying to diagnose this problem for months by looking through forums and helpful tips. Often when clicking the shortcuts to Cortex or Synapse, either they say they fail to start up or nothing will happen. I have tried:

• Uninstalling and reinstalling
• Made sure all my drivers were up to date
• Emptying everything razer and reinstalling it again
• Lots of other crazy things that people on forums are asking to do.

I have spent months hitting my head on this, and it's extra frustrating because I have multiple razer products hooked up to my Razer laptop and I can't even change the color or the speed of my mouse anymore. I see there are already threads on this, but I just want my plea to be heard at this point. My computer specs: 15" Razer Blade (2018) Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 16gb of ram 64bit system running the latest windows 10 version. GeForce 1060 with Max-Q Design
