Hello, I've recently downloaded Razer cortex and it was all fine until a day later, after opening razer cortex it loads and after 5seconds the screen goes black without any reason, I tried reinstalling all razer software as well as razer cortex alone, tried repairing, clearing cache, nothing works

We received a similar issue before. But when our users turn off the HDR, this issue is resolved. Please check how to turn off your HDR on Windows. Please let me know whether this issue persists.
