Razer Cortex broken something my PC

I had downloaded Cortex and ran all the tweaks offered to speed up my pc and boost fps but later realized it was just slowing it down so i deleted the software and now my controller has been acting up since it was deleted i can’t even use my controller without my fps stuttering and audio popping but it’s perfectly fine if i use my keyboard and mouse please help me fix this
