Razer Cortex cant find game(s), even though it says its installed | Razer Insider

So for some reason it still cant find it, even though it says its installed. And when I removed Overwatch 2 from the Cortex library and than re added it on the game booster tab, it still cannot locate it. And im genuinely confused

When the game was manually added to Razer Cortex, this issue may occur. If you have added it by clicking on the “+” icon > “Add game”, you need to

  1. proceed to the game’s profile page and click on the “Settings” > “Remove”. Then, the folder C:\ProgramData\Razer\GameManager3\Data\rzr_userid is deleted from your PC.
  2. restart Razer Cortex and reinstall the game to the default position before attempting to rescan the game in Razer Cortex.

If this issue persists, please feel free to provide us with your Razer Cortex logs via pm for us to further investigate this issue.
