Razer cortex cant load on install

I m trying to install Razer Cortex but it keeps loading after log in even tried to eun as administrator.I tried to install Axon to check if there are any issues also but no problems.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. Before we resolve this in our next version, could you follow the steps below to troubleshoot on your side?

    1. Download Microsoft Visual C++ here: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe. This is provided from the official Microsoft page:
      https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170
    2. Install it
    3. Relaunch Razer Cortex.
