the "make adjustments" button is working along with brightness and contrast. but hue and digital vibrance is not working.

Thank you very much for sharing your concern with us here. You could not set up hue and digital vibrance feature in MAKE ADJUSTMENT because your display card and video driver are not supported on Razer Cortex.

You can update your drivers to try again. These features are related to your display card and the drivers.
