Razer Cortex does not open
Good day!
I have been using Razer Cortex problem-free for the last four years. Recently, however, I did a system reset, and upon installing Razer Cortex, the program refused to show the menu upon startup. I did confirm, through Task Manager that the process was indeed ongoing, and so I manually restarted it, to no avail. I reinstalled it twice, with reinstallation providing no fix whatsoever. The process is ongoing, yet the menu and sign in prompt refuses to display.
I'm sorry that I cannot provide any logs- I cannot even access the Razer Cortex menu, as mentioned above.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I am running Windows 8.1 on a Lenovo Yoga 13, with 8GB RAM, 256 GB SSD.
