Razer Cortex doesn't count me hours of gameplay

I've been playing with my team for more than 5 hours but my hours counter doesn't count them anymore. I don't know how to fix this problem. I've tried playing other games but it still doesn't work. It's really frustrating, I'd like to solve this problem as soon as possible because I don't have much time to play games and I wish those hours I did were counted. I hope someone could help me fix this issue because I'm very upset and disappointed.
