Razer Cortex don't start, Can't login.

I have a problem with Razer Cortex. In the morning I could not start, he ordered to refresh or log out. After logging out, I can't log in again, I have a loading screen all the time ..

I removed it, reinstalled it, no effect. Same thing. Razer Synapse works fine, I'm logged in, I see devices. Only Cortex doesn't work

I have the same issue but with Razer Central and all of the Razer apps right now.

I am also having the same issue with Razer Central and all razer software right now. I can’t log in. It appears the last time this happened people were saying it was a razer problem. I am not sure if there is a way we can submit a ticket,

Same issue and same trouble shooting. 
Locked out of account. Unable to login. Tried uninstall/reinstall.

Still locked out.

All my macros on my Razer Blackwidow Chroma are locked behind my account and I need them for a work project. :(

Found a solution in a Reddit thread here: https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/1ikos5p/razer_synapse_dont_work/

  1. Make sure Razer is not running in the background. Check Task Manager to confirm.
  2. Delete everything from AppData\Local\Razer\ (or move to another just in case).
  3. Start Razer and it will then allow you to login and will rebuild the deleted directories.

All my profiles and settings were saved and restored after this process.
