"razer cortex error" please try again

I have the same issue, installed it to E: drive (SSD) and it won't work. I try to select C: drive but the installation window doesn't allow me to change drive for some reason.

Please delete the files inside path C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager\\ServiceSettings.xml and restart Razer Synapse. Should the issue persists, please clean reinstall your Razer Synapse with the registry delete by following the steps below: Note: Please be careful and not delete other files/folders as it may corrupt your Windows operating system.
