Razer Cortex game desktop glitch

When i started a game in game desktop mode with razer cortex i can’t close the game desktop mode also if i click alt-f12. What’s the problem? I’m not sure that i have write this message in the right session of the forum,sorry.

Regarding your issue, could you please try to reset the 'Exit Game Desktop' shortcut key in 'GAME BOOST-BOOST-Shortcut Keys'? You can reset it as "Alt + F8" or any other shortcuts you never use or seldom use on your PC or other software apps and games. We are sorry for the issue you encountered.
