Razer Cortex has made my 2k gaming computer unusable

Here could you please try the below methods: Could you please check and update your system and Razer Cortex to the latest version? Close all Razer-related software in the background and try running the program as administrator. Make sure that you are logged into Razer Central since Razer Cortex won’t launch if you are not logged into Razer Central. Try doing a repair for your Razer Cortex software. To do this, simply go to the Programs and Features on your windows computer. Look for the software and open it. Select repair. Try updating the Razer Cortex using the Razer Central. To do this, please follow the steps below: a. look for the Razer logo in the system tray located at the lower-right portion of the screen. b. right-click on the logo. c. select Razer Central. d. go to the APP tab. e. click on the check for update above the Razer Cortex. Try updating the Operating System to the latest update. Could you please provide your Razer Cortex logs for us to further investigate this issue? To do this, please follow the steps on this page and PM me your Cortex logs. If the issue persists, could you please restore your setting to Windows Default? Please launch Cortex and go to SYSTEM BOOSTER > OPTIMIZE, click SCAN, then, go to SPEED UP, click Restore to Windows Default. Check the image attached.
