Razer Cortex installation fail

Hi guys, hope you can help me with this problem, I looked around the forum but couldn't find any answer so,



I`m trying to install razer cortex on my laptop and I keep getting installation fail, saying that its not supported by my version of Win, which is Win 10 and code error 1, as show on the screen shots, any way around this?
