Razer Cortex Installation Failed. Error Code 142

Hi, recently I downloaded the Razer Cortex from Razer Websites and I'm having trouble installing the software. The installation won't even pass 1% and an error just popped up saying it encountered an error with an error code 142. I've tried searching for a solution or a workaround online but didn't found any so I decided to post here. I hope you guys can help. Thank you.
