Razer Cortex: Linked Games profiles not automatically working

Ahoy hoy, I've set up profiles for Days Gone and Cyberpunk 2077 and linked them in Linked Games section. However, they don't switch over when I start up those games; I still have to manually switch to them. Is there something I can do to fix that?

      @Michelle-RazerCortexPC Thanks for looping me in. @Jerryatrics, I highly suggest performing a clean reinstallation Synapse by following the steps here. But if the issue persists, please gather your Synapse logs with the help of this guide. That way, I can have a closer look at it. You can upload the log files on Google Drive and send me the sharable link via PM. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
