My razer cortex wont stop loading. im using windows 11 and reinstalled razer cortex but it just does the setup asks me to loggin and then starts loading non stop.

I’m having the same issue too. Synapse and Axon opens just fine but Cortex is stuck on the loading. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it’s still the same.

However, the Microsoft Visual C++ was already installed before I download, I clicked repair.
And the problem still exist after computer restart. Still stuck in loading for Cortex.

I have the same issue. Reinstalling/repairing did not fix it, no online tutorial helped, my drivers are up to date, Microsoft Visual C++ installed. Razer Central works just fine. Please try to fix it in the next update or tell me how to fix it!
