Razer Cortex Mobile keeps logging out

I have a strange account problem on my razer phone. Whenever I open the Cortex App or the The Theme store I am logged out and when I check the account page on settings there is no razer account. When I log into the theme store the razer account appears in settings but as soon as I open the cortex app i am logged out after a few seconds and the account disappears from the settings. Anyone else with this problem?

    Since the latest Software Update of the razer phone 2 I dont have the logout problem anymore - Cortex doesnt start anymore. crashes at startup immediately. Clearing cache didnt help. Anyone has got an idea?

    Can you put up a screenshot of the crash error and have you tried reinstalling the app?

    Had no crash error. Just the app Closing upon startin - but the reinstall did help Thanks a lot. :-)
