Razer Cortex Mobile - Not rewarding Silver Points

My Cortex Mobile all of a sudden does not reward me silver points... I noticed that I am getting the notification when I start to run the featured app. But when I check my notification, the timer is not there. I haven't updated or made any changes on my phone. Silver points is getting harder to get... Now I am relying on my Cortex for PC. To add the damage, I am not getting the x2 reward during weekends... Tried reinstalling the app, delete cache/data but no success... Already opened a ticket for this but maybe had the same issue and was able to resolve.
