razer cortex not installing

its goes half way and it shows me a error: ''1573626716rb4Q99gfRazerCentral_v7.3.23.124.exe Installation failed with error code: 121. I got this error yesterday, when razer didn't start up and showed an error and that I should try again later. I decided to uninstall it and download it again and it wont finish the download. Help!
