I can launch and open Razer Central, but I am unable to open Razer Cortex (I can launch it and boost my laptop from the minimized tray but I can’t open Cortex itself). I tried restarting laptop, ending all Razer processes and restarting the tasks, and uninstalling then reinstalling, and did the DISM health check but nothing worked. How do I fix this so I can open Razer Cortex?
