RAZER CORTEX NOT SHOWING IN GAME FPS, CLOCK ETC IN PUBG PC STEAM

Hello, I only play PUBG PC Steam and I cannot get the Game Overly with Cortex to show on screen.  It worked once but not anymore. It is enabled in the app and I have created a shortcut to enable or disable in game to test it but does not work.  Windows 11. Nvidia RTX 4090 Please help.  Michael
