Razer Cortex - "play to earn money" not working

I’m having an issue with the latest "Play to Earn" game—Grand Theft Auto V. The Epic Games version isn't working; I simply can't launch it from the Cortex window. It shows up in the "Launcher" tab, but I can't launch it from the "Rewards" tab, which means I can't earn coins for playing. Resetting the Razer Game Manager Service 3 and clearing the cache in GameManager3\Data\ hasn't helped.
