at some point my PC have shut down, after that app “Razer Cortex” stopped launching, trying to launch .exe was giving “file is corrupted” error and created next article in event viewer:

i tried deleting it and all additional files, but when i tried reinstalling it from official website, Cortex Installer said that Cortex is already installed.
Can you please suggest solution for reinstalling RazerCortex ?
